- Cardamom – 10
- Cinnamon – 3 inch stick
- Cloves – 10 to 12
- Bayleaf – 2
- Nutmeg – 2
- Mace (Javitri) – 5
- Caraway seed (sajeera) – 1 ½ tbsp
Dry roast each spice separately on a moderately medium flame till the spice gives faint aroma. Let them cool and make a powder of them. Store in a air tight container and use as required.
